New Project - Looking for Upper Management Positions

Hello MCM,

My name is Evan (or luciomain_) and I am looking into creating a new project, most likely a network of sorts. Note that this is not any sort of business venture, and I am starting this purely to provide a fun experience on a new network. I currently lack ideas and help to create such a project, and thus I'd like to request some from the MCM community.

Here's the rundown: I can provide my own funds for hosting, developers (custom plugins primarily), premium plugins, and anything else needed; I need any interested individuals to fill the following positions:

[1] Owner
[2] Managers (Advertisement/General, Community) (a note to managers: please refrain from posting a response linking your management threads here. If you're interested, I'll need you to add me via discord to discuss further.)
[1-2] Administrators
[If you have a different position in mind, feel free to discuss that with me!]

These are open to any individuals who desire to fill them, and all you need to do is contact my Discord at Evan#8107. I am open to further discussion with anyone who is interested at all.

Regarding paid positions: I am open to paying upper management positions, as they will likely be heavier jobs than moderation positions. It should be noted that this more than likely cannot be offered until donations are received.

For any questions regarding the project or my ability to provide necessary assets to it, please reply below. I will answer as soon as possible.

Funding the project is completely optional, though it would help progress development further and quicker by hiring developers for custom content.

Note: The project is not 100% confirmed, and I intend to speak with several people before locking in the project and it's details. Anyone interested is welcome to send me a DM!
