NEW RESSOURCE MODERATOR

As Myiume is very inactive, there is only 1 ressource mod, and it makes a very long waiting time before getting our ressources accepted. Hire someone like thebaum64 or another trusty moderator (Doge)

Over the past few months, resource approval times haven't exceeded 24 hours. That's been my personal goal. Most resources get approved in under 12.
Considering we approve every resource, paid or free, and those approval times are way faster than spigot's, I think we're fine.
A larger team makes equal treatment and communication more difficult. That's why there's specialization.
(Not to mention the fact that resource mods need to be able to decompile and read the source of the stuff that's uploaded to deny malicious content)

I've been sick and sleeping a lot past couple days, and today, a few resources have gone above the 24 hour mark.
Apologies for that, they've all been approved now; but being realistic, as long as it's below 48 hours, it's still a very reasonable approval time.

EDIT: Also, Ghast, your resource was only under moderation for about five hours before you posted this suggestion... >.< Why.

And considering resource times have been kept well below acceptable without his activity, doesn't that just prove that another resource mod is unnecessary?

It is a suggestion, lets see what people think about this. I feel Myiume is not doing his job and your getting to check everything.
Unfair? Yes. That is why i made this thread.

Myiume has been demoted from his position as a Resource Moderator after inactivity, just like you said.

I don't believe that we need another Resource Moderator, Justis has been keeping the queue extremely low over the past few months. If in the future Justis is for some reason unable to keep up with the rate he is doing resources then a new person will probably help out with that.
