Hello Everyone
I'll try to not take up too much of your time today.
I recently decided that I wanted to open my own Minecraft server. This will be my first server and it's being ran with MCProHosting (yes yes I know shared hosts aren't that great especially for modded servers) I'm currently just using MCProHosting to help me get everything setup since this is my first server and I plan to move to a dedicated server for the actual release in a few months time.
If you are unfamiliar with RL Craft it is a modpack which drives to bring realism to Minecraft and keeping the RPG vibe with it. It's an amazing modpack and i see huge potential with it.
I'm currently looking for a few volunteer's to help me get this server started. I've only recently started working on it so I don't have much done on my own. I'm currently looking for builders who can build on a large scale and make everything come together and shape up nicely. I'm also looking for a few staff members, a staff manager and a community manager. I have some what strict requirements for each role and hopefully you will understand why by the end of this post.

Helpers/Staff Members - Required to be at leased 16 years of age and act maturely when doing your job. I would prefer if you had a mic via discord so it would be easier to get to know you a little better. If you have any experience staffing on other servers then that helps out on your resume! There will be a very short application that i will need you to fill out so i can look them over.
Builders - At least 15 years of age and have some experience building on a large scale even if its very little. I have a few ideas of what i'd like the spawn to look like and you'll be able to build it how you want just based around my ideas. that way you will be able to build to the best of your ability. If you have screenshots of past projects that'll be of major help towards your application as well. so i can get a feel of your type of building style.
Community Manager - This one is by far the most difficult out of the 4 positions in my opinion. You must be at least 17 years of age and act your age as well. You'll be in charge of the entire community. solving issues that may come up, to keeping an eye on the forums trying to keep every sticky situation from getting out of hand. I'll need you to handle your position with great maturity and try your best to hear out the community and keep everyone happy. You'll also be in charge of coming up with ideas for events and helping me plan them.

P.s Don't think that I expect everyone to be all up tight and serious all the time. I want everyone to relax, have fun, make jokes and laugh with each other. But I also want you to know when to be serious and when to joke around too. Maybe we will one day be able to build an amazing community together and I look forward to meeting and working with all of you!
