New rule?

Okay so I feel a new rule should be added where you must state that a social media account is botted before you try to sell it because if someone who has not bought an account before and doesnt look at the followers or the like and retweet ratio he could get scammed out of what he/she thinks is a legit account.

If anyone is purchasing a social media account they should check for this indefinitely.

I say it's all on the buyer. The buyer (who is buying the account) should be careful and make sure for security, trust, and so on instead of adding a new rule, feature, etc.
