Add a section where people can post resource/Texture packs or request custom ones

I agree... Somewhat.
The services' requesting/offering section has a graphics section.
Currently, I think that's the best suited section for textures etc.

But no such section is available in the marketplace:

Textures are rather specific, and not in a particularly high demand from what I can tell.
Though perhaps the community would benefit from graphics being added to the marketplace forums.

Is the market even big enough to warrant such a section? Sounds viable to me, for sure, but I don't think sales of texturepacks is a huge market, or even an existent market.

it is a very existent market. Ive made texture packs for many people. There are lots that request custom ones
