What I am doing? Making a MC server

What will it have? Skyblocks, Creative, Survival, Kitpvp, and room to grow.

What am I looking for at this time? A team or solo builder that can build a lobby that is themed around a large tree. The lobby will be growing as I grow. I would like the normal things lobbies have, buildings concentrated for a shop(s) maybe player shops not sure yet, places for some NPC's for quests, jobs etc, a couple portals, an event board, a spot for crates, and just room to grow.

What will version of MC? 1.13+ Which some the new updates coming would like to be added to the theme.

Am I willing to pay? Why yes, although my budget it small at this point, but this is a large project so you get the idea.


The main focus at this time will be lobby/spawn and skyblocks. With that said I will also like the islands made and not some cut and plaste.
