I am looking to create a Minecraft server that is hosted to YouTube, and in the process of doing so, I am looking for a team to assist in the development on the server. As for right now, I have the entire Discord server set up in which I just need people to work around the server with me.
Ultimately, I want someone who is good with game concepts. I want to treat this server as an SMP-based survival in which a number of people are surviving together. I would also like to incorporate some games into the mix in which players can compete for whatever reason (still looking for incentives to add). This, again, will all be posted onto YouTube to hopefully attract viewers. I am familiar with content creation, so having those skills are not required. If you do, however, I still would like additional people to help me edit.
I ask that anyone who is capable of running a Minecraft server to please contact me about this. If you are familiar with developing them, moderating them, or being a general co-owner it would be great to get in touch. I also ask that you have a creative background in which you can help me with ideas for the server. I plan on making this something huge, and look to dedicate a lot of time towards it.

I am new to these forms, so I do not have the ability to post the Gamesnake server link. I will be able to supply it once we get in touch. I think the Discord server is pretty good.
