NEW SERVER IDEA - Drugs

We are an existing network and we've done some brainstorming and we've came up with a server idea consisting drugs.
Ultimate Drugs V2 is the plugin we are going to be using - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ultimate-drugs-v2.49468/

I'm here asking for some feedback or either ideas to what people would be looking for in a server containing the drug plugin above.
