New Server Idea // Needs Broad Range Of Staff

My name is Nash and i've had years of experience with Minecraft servers, i've made my own multiple times but never had the motivation and the leverage to keep going on the projects, but today i am looking foward at a new era of Minecraft Servers.


This idea is very,very early in development and looking for people to help make this into a reality and help reach it into the Alpha stage where i hope it will get. I have multiple ideas but need multiple people to adapt these ideas for use to use. I don't mind if someone pitches an idea to me, but personally i'm not looking at the generic factions pvp server, or prison server sponsored by youtubers with 10,000 subsribers.



Who do i need to achieve these ideas?

-Manager/Semi-Partner
This person will manage tasks which will take up most of my time. Such as managing the staff and players in the server. Finding the best prices for thing such as advertising etc. This person needs to be extremely active and easy to communicate to. The manager will have a broad range of roles and may help with finances aswell as the things mentioned above.

-Lore Writer/Story Designer
This role will need to be carries out by a small group of people in the mean time,who will work on the story. These people will come up for ideas for servers aswell which we can use, i expect these people to creative and use thier imagination. Most likely we will make an MMO-Type server and they will be essential for making the story-driven elements and lore within the server. These people also need to be very active and be efficent with their time.

-Developer
This person/people will need to work closely with the other staff to create the best experience for the player who will be playing on the server. These people will need to know how to code of course and make plugins etc, but that's not my area to be talking about

Gameplay Designer
These 2 people will be working closely with me to design gameplay which the developer will be creating the features which will be in the server.

You will have to make your own applcation and submit it here on MCM or send me it on skype. Make ure to include your skype/contact details and make sure it is detailed and it will be reviewed.
