New Server in Development Looking for Staff!

Hello! I'm currently working on a new Skyblock server for minecraft 1.8 --> 1.16.
I'm going to be needing some staff members to help moderate the server on release. Currently there is NO members in the discord as I've been solely developing the server, creating custom scripts and plugins and not focused on advertising. As I'm only looking for staff we will not be inviting people to the discord without intentions of applying, once I believe the server will be close to release (expecting to be a month or so) I'll be advertising.

I'm taking this server seriously and I'm investing a lot of my time and money into this. I've owned a previous successful server before which was called Sky Links. We had average £260 sales monthly for 9 months until I sold the server on due to me facing troubles at home and no longer having access to a computer, ultimately meaning I have no time to dedicate to the server as I was trying to get back up on my feet.

Requirements
- Age MUST be 15+
- You must have at least 3 years of Minecraft Experience
- You must fill out a detailed survey / application via Discord PMs
- Cannot be banned on any competitor server / well known server
- Cannot be known in any community for toxicity, we're looking for professional and dedicated staff.

Yes, you'll need MC experience, if a member asks you a question and may be new to the game. With 3 or more years of MC experience you're more than likely to know a lot about the game, which will benefit the members.

As stated, the roles that have "VOLUNTARY" on there will not be paid, any role that doesn't display that will be paid.

Developers and Managers will be paid, as-well as Platform Admins.
