New Server | Looking for another Owner (BIG SERVER)

Introduction
Hello, my name is Vanguard and I am a 16 year old kid who loves business. I have been in business all my life and I am currently looking for a business partner who can make a server with me. I am looking for a business partner who wants to make a great server for the community I have made multiple successful servers in the past, and I am hoping this new server can be good. I currently don't have a name for the server, but I want a business partner who can help me with ideas, help me with the community, business, and overall make a good server for the community.

Requirements

A decent budget for server expenses
Server experience
Able to sign a contract (if you are under 18, we can work something out)
Able to work with a team

Business Plan
Alright, so our network is going to have KitPvP, Skyblock, and Prison. We are first going to make our discord server and start a small community on there. After our discord is finished, we are going to recruit staff members so we can be ready when we release. We are first going to release KitPvP with no advertisements so if a couple staff members want to log on to the server and PvP while we are developing Skyblock and Prison, they can. Once we are done with Skyblock or Prison, we are going to setup our forums so we are ready to advertise. Once our forums is setup, we will advertise our discord so we build a small community (pay youtubers, invite our friends, etc). Once we have a community, we will release our Prison or Skyblock server.

Advertisement Plan
We are going to get YouTubers with a skyblock and prison fan base. We are going to partner with a few YouTubers with 20k+ subscribers and assign them to a few servers. We are going to have one YouTuber on Prison and one YouTuber on Skyblock. I don't want to say my whole plan and ways on how advertise for cheap and get a lot of players, but I will be telling more if you would like.

Expenses
Dedicated Server: $83 a month (OVH GAME-32)
WebHost: $0 (will be hosting it off our dedicated server)
Developers: $? (Don't know the cost of that yet)
Advertisements $30-$300 a video (Depending on the YouTuber)
Building $100+ (In all)
Website theme: $20-$40
Graphics: $90-$130
