New Server Looking For Developers

hello i am currently the admin for a server we are an up coming factions server they like to call me the [dev] but i cant code all i can do is edit configs which is really easy so today i am here to look for a developer if i don't have to pay that would be great since at a low budget also paying for server so don't have the money. We are looking for some custom Trails plugins, Custom enchants, Titles and any other plugin you could make that would be great. Again at a low budget paying for server so looking for someone to do it for free or i will give u $200 dollar voucher to our buycraft to buy what you want in return. Or we could put some money together to pay you.
