New server | Looking for managers and devs

Hello, my name is shadow and I am starting up a new server. It is going to be for my streams where people can come onto and play and for the world. I want it to have Factions, Skyblock, and mini games and events.

I need managers that can find me developers for each gamemode and can set it up for me. I also need managers for staff and ads etc..

Developers I need for setting up Factions, Skyblock or mini games.
- Must have experience
- Must be able to come up with ideas for said mode you are working on
- Must be able to work with others
