New Server Needing Staff (2 Admin, 3 Mods, ect)

Hello Minecraft players! We are looking only for serious applicants. We are opening a server and are in need of staff! Below you will need to fill out the application and we will look at it and tell you if you have been accepted to help us!

We will pick a Staff Manager once the person we pick is fully trusted between us. The Staff manager's job is to help us hire more staff, they will choose if a staff member gets fired, they will be able to demote and promote staff who need it.

Admins will only respond to players when their is a serious matter to attend to or if they are the only staff online at that time.

Moderators will of course help the players and deal with the little problems in chat or if there is a stupid dispute between players.

The Event Coordinator we will refer to as a in-game Moderator or an Admin. Their job is to setup weekly events that will be held (More info about this will be given when you are picked for the job). They will also moderate giveaways,contests, and even come up with in-game features that could possibly be added.

I am applying for:
- Event Coordinator
- Staff Manager

4. Do you have any experience?
Of course I do! I've worked for multiple servers in the past, as Helper, Moderator, Admin etc. I've also owned my own servers which I closed due to personal issues.

5. Why do you want to be a staff member?
Well, firstly, I want to be an Event Coordinator, because I have a passion for running, hosting, and organising events. I just love it! I've organised events, shows, displays on other servers, without being staff there! It's a fun job to do, and is very rewarding once you get feedback from the guests who attended the event.
I want to be Staff Manager because I can see who will be good, by the way they type, speak, and even act in situations. If something happens within the staff team, I will be able to fix it in the best possible way, always giving people chances, and not being biased to one person.

What would you do if...?

1. What would you do if.. someone started spamming?
If someone started spamming, I would firstly tell them to stop, and that they will be muted, kicked, or banned if they persist to spam. If they do not listen to me, I will mute them for 10-15 minutes, depending on the situation.
Secondly, after their mute, if they continue to spam, I will kick them, and will ban them if they come back and continue to spam.

2. What would you do if.. you caught someone hacking?
If I caught someone hacking, I would tell them to log off, and turn off their hacks. I would normally kick them, with the Kick Reason saying something along the lines of.. "We don't allow Hackers, please turn OFF your Hacks."
If they come back, with their hacks on, I will capture evidence, whether that be screenshots, or video evidence, and then will ban them.

3. What would you do if.. someone advertised for an other server?
If I caught someone advertising another server on the server, I would firstly clear the chat, and ask them to not advertise other servers. If they continue to advertise, I would mute them for a length of time, then, after their mute, if they persist to advertise, I will ban them from the server.

4. If a higher rank is abusing his powers, what would you do?
If I saw another staff member, higher, or lower, abusing their powers, I would report this to an owner or manager immediately, with a description of how they were abusing their powers, and if possible, sending a screenshot or video, as evidence.
I would also contact that staff member, asking him to stop abusing his powers, as it may be an unfair advantage on the other players of the server.

5. If a player says racist things towards an other, what would you do?
If a player of the server was saying racist remarks to another player of the server, I would immediately clear the chat, mute them, and tell them to stop, or they will be kicked or banned if they consistently continue to say racist remarks. After their mute, if they continue, I will ban them.
