Established network looking for international staff members​

We are Archer Network, an established Minecraft network. We currently host the following gamemodes: Factions, Arenapvp, Skyblock and UHC. We are in the middle of resetting our gamemodes (one by one) and are transforming our network to attract more English speaking players (Biggest part of our playerbase speaks Balkan languages). Therefore, we will need more staff members that can speak English properly.


What we are looking for when viewing your application:

The main language has been Balkan language for a long time now, but after I and my friend bought it, we are going to set the main language over the network to English, and we will have a custom plugin made for balkans to speak their language
