Hello my name is Phoenix(OfficePvP) and me and my long time friend Jesse(AddServer) are opening an OG Factions server that everyone liked and it sadly went down due to ownership issues but after getting a deal on them we are looking to bring it back and improve it so it can truly grow to its potential! hopefully you guys can help us!
MistHQ - MistHQ was a OG Factions server that was a bit op and also had a custom enchants realm! everyone loved the game play on the server it had a bit of a advertising problem so it didn't grow to be a huge server at least for certain seasons sometimes it averaged over 200 players sometimes it averaged 10 just depended on the season.
What We look to do with it - We look to redo MistHQ Under the name BeachedMC and redo everything cosmetic and add new elements that have come into factions since mist was closed so we plan to add things like harvester hoes new gen buckets redo some old things and make sure everything is updated and crisp!
Features? - Its an semi OP Factions server where spawners arent to hard to get but pretty hard keep them we plan to implement things like faction shields and much more!
What we need? - Well we need a whole brand new staff Team were looking to recruit 1 Mod before SOTW around 3 ish Helpers and 1 Manager!
Staff Jobs
Helper - Obviously this is gonna be someone we really don't know about and want to see how they do as helper to see if we want to keep them and promote them or have them leave more of a trial staffing role!
Mod - Watch over PvP and report bigger problems to higher ups of course SS skills are needed and must be active! were looking for someone who goes above and beyond in this position!
Manager(PAID!) - Were looking for a manager to find ways to interact with the community and keep people interested in the server the main part for this role is GROWING the community thats what we want the manager to focus on as were gonna be a smaller server we need it to be hyped up and all the factions players we can possibly get hearing about the server! payment will be discussed with what you think your skill is!
