Also it seems you just picked up a lot of random people for a graphic team.
Would not expect high quality work ordering from here.

Could you give me some more information? Who makes low quality? And yes I picked a lot of "random" people but believe me, this group became friends so fast.

I am sorry for the behaviour but I heard you asked for rocket league, minecraft and overwatch in the banner and somethig with water, well then you can expect an outcome like that because its hard to do IRL with games.

I spent 1 hour on the first banner
25 min on the half completed banner
1 hour on the minecraft banner
and yes 10 min on the thumbnail as I was lazy and sleepy

so be thankful
