New to Website Development would love an Explanation!

Hello Everyone!

So I'm fairly new to website development and need advice, as well as someone who can guide me exactly where do i begin.

Basically what I want is a website for my Server, good looking one with forums. I don't know where to start and how it all works, trying to learn! I've notice a common trend of xenforo and some type of designer template webiste like Aud...something Designs..

I'm not meaning coding and such simply like a step by step process like:

1. buy a domain
2. find a hosting
3. how do i use that domain with that hosting...

and so on kind of thing
