Newer Developer

Hello MCM,

This is going to sound very odd but, im looking for a newer developer to grow along side my network. I have a lot of unique ideas for a UHC network and feel if I work with a dev from the start, as the network grows it could be successful. Please feel free to Pm me if interested!

And it's not idiotic to do development for free, i work for free and i know C++, C#, Java and Basic..But i haven't done work on these forums in a while. xD

Sounds to me like you're another "pay from donations!!!" kind of guy. That usually means no pay, because the project fails before donations come in.

This just sounds like you are trying to take advantage of newer devs.

That is simply not the case and I do apologize for my wording but id rather be with a Dev from the start and continue with them throughout

Im already explained thats not why, but I appreciate the trashed thread now[DOUBLEPOST=1483154173][/DOUBLEPOST]The main reason was I was viewing threads and saw newer devs saying how they want to improve by making plugins for people and I thought i could help by giving smaller projects then larger later. There was no taking advantage meant and I was going to pay.

Because it takes me less than 10 minutes to write most plugins people's "Unique" ideas come out as, i stand longer in lines than writing code for people's "Unique" ideas.

I have seen many server owners do this, they ask for newer/up-incoming developers because their "Unique" ideas may help the developer learn more about coding, introducing syntax/arguments they might have not otherwise. If this is not the reason i don't see any other reason. XD
Although if anyone has heard of "Dungeon Realms" they were able to make a completely custom server, literally nothing on the entire server is/was vanilla it all had a new function for the MMORPG aspects, and it was created by a new developer at the time, now that developer works/worked at Arkham network. (Vaquxine)

I still dont see the point in trashing this mans thread, Its one thing to inform him but there are devs that do good work that will work for free to get their name out there.

I did read I was just making sure, because I know of many developers that do development for free and I can see how this can look like he is looking for it for free I just think we should give people the benefit of the doubt
