It's apparent that this is a copy+paste from Jess12 with little to no effort gone into editing it.
Yet, you say you write clear and well-presented documents.

Funny, I didn’t copy and paste it I just put mine in the same order as hers. I did give her credit though.

It does look like a copy+paste, especially the bottom bit where it switches font unexpectedly. I recommend keeping it in something more readable like Montserrat, I believe it's one of the google api fonts so it should be usable on google docs.
Just a recommendation, it makes you look more approachable. - Also proof of the other positions would be helpful if you want us to pay $60 upwards per week for entire server management.

NewsLetter’s Removal from StrideZone, with reasoning:

NewLetter’s false claims regarding me and his removal from StrideZone:
DahVoid and myself decided to remove you from the team as you were merely an investor, and portrayed a lack of essential knowledge to successfully run/manage a server. (caused a multitude of issues to arise) You invested nothing since the start of our so called work partnership, or relation. You were biased towards your quote on quote admin who continuously abused, being the reason behind why she was demoted. When she was demoted you went off on me claiming she was your friend and how she needed to remain an admin. Then you started to talk about how you get a higher rate of pay then me on StrideZone. The way you acted was very, very immature. Reason behind why not just myself, but DahVoid as well, decided to terminate you from our relation. You are far too immature to run or manage any kind of Minecraft server. You need to grow up a bit and get one hell of a lot more experience before you should even consider trying to run a server again whether it be regarding management, or owning one.

The Situation:
- An admin on the server StrideZone abused multiple times by the name of Pup. I banned a guy by the name of manageful and she repeatedly unbanned the user. She was warned, but continued to disobey the rules and decided to further abuse and unban the user. I had warned her multiple times, so I decided to demote her, as I didnt want the issue to continue to arise. This is when NewsLetter started going off calling me a “faggot” and other offensive names. He claimed she was his friend and should be promoted back to an admin because he knew her longer than me. He clearly doesnt know how to run or even properly manage a server. He values friendship over a business relation. Having a solid friendship isnt a bad thing, but being fully biased in a business setting will lead to issues and cause the one in bias to end up losing his/her job in the real business world. It is unprofessional, on all levels. If you are trying to hire a manager and NewsLetter offers assistance, I would recommend you decline, because he is unprofessional and inexperienced.

Evidence to support my claim that NewsLetter is immature and was demoted due to the very actions he proposed below:

- The first screenshot above is NewsLetter claiming Admin’s have no purpose on the server because there is a manager. I dont need to explain any further, as this clearly shows his lack of experience and knowledge regarding staff roles.

Lesson Learned:
Next time, think about whose at fault before you go ahead and try to make me look like a bad person, or attempt to ruin my reputation. Knowing what you have done and said to me and DahVoid (which get you removed from StrideZone) should have made you think before you tried to make utterly foolish, faulty comments about me. At the end of the day, you are just providing a worse representation of yourself. Have a nice day.

I’m not gonna even bother reading it, but too start off with all the bullshit, Pup didn’t know Manageful was trying to abuse due to him having Owner in-game. Hmm I wonder where he got Owner from... DahVoid seems about right! DahVoid gave him full console perms and OP/Owner in-game as he was helping with the server. I believe Slides had every right to Unban him as she was an admin and if someone with owner rank on a *Whitelisted* Server / number Ip Her job is to listen to her. Second off, you were only here to grow the discord which you didn’t all the invites came from the members before you showed up thanks to ME Advertising. Lastly, you kinda are a faggot so I don’t take back what I said even though it may be “immature” the only reason I was gonna buy the discord back from you was to kick you as you were doing more harm then good. As they claimed it I was gonna boot them both as I gave SuperCoolMomo cause he was helping me remove Precisioning due to him having law experience. Me and DahVoid were cool and we both kinda just wanted to run it ourselves as he wanted a big percentage for the little he did.

Also what’s funny, the guy Slides unbanned is the Owner of HealyMC, which Precisioning is Admin on.
