You'll never get 10k for this, it's only made 5k in three years, lower the bin or it will never sell.
The BIN is basically just a number. That being said, we only started accepting donations last summer, and the majority of the donations have been this year.
Vouch for Myokan, extremely talented individual when it comes to setups and making his server look as clean and easy to use as possible
Feel like I should clarify the BIN - the 10k number is a bit of a high number and isn't actually what I'm expecting for offers (as evident from the second clause after the number) - updating the BIN to 5k so people who glance through the thread know that.
You can also not sell the server for the amount of money you got in 3 years. I suggest 1,500-2,500$ as a bin, and start it at 500$ with 25$ increments. That is a suggestion, do not get but hurt because I am valuing this at a realistic price. Just being honest with you. 3 years to get that? That is no good for someone trying to buy it. It will be 3 years before they make their money back.
Really was 1 year as stated, since we only started accepting donations last June and Nexon in it's current iteration is a revival of the version that ran from 2015-early 2016 which did not have donations or purchasable items.
Understandable, however where are the players at right now? As I am on the server and I am the only one on.
The reason the server has died and doesn't have the 40-50 average we had when we were actively managing the server is because neither of us have had time to run the server, develop it further, or advertise it any further.
I can see that. But, even then. Do you think that people would still play? Even if it was only 5 or 10 people? I just find it amazing how they all left.. Normally that doesn't happen. But, I guess it did. Oh well, I am on the server right now, and I love the builds. Spawn is amazing. Along with the warzone. And, I love how you have it all setup so clean. It is like my server but a bit better setup haha. I really like it tho. I actually like how you have everything so well labeled and easy to figure out. To whoever buys this, they are getting a quality setup. I feel however 5k is to much, perhaps after reviewing the server. 3,500$ would be a reasonable bin for this server.

Proof of my ownership/SimpleAuthority having made the flares plugin for me (which you and davos forced me to rename "StriveFlares" when I let you use the plugin last June).

That would be correct. I worked with Davos and Lemon in June, but unfortunately I left working with them because of their scummy business tactics, sketchy operations, and the kind of stuff they do on a regular basis like get plugins from a developer (such as me) and then resell them for dirt cheap as 'custom' (it was deleted but I have already had to prevent lemon & davos from selling my plugins on MCM on two separate occasions).
