Hello there fellow people! I’m Picxxle, otherwise known as Sheryl. I’m one of three (currently) General Managers at Nexus Development.
Do not let my gender define the way you see me holding this position, I am not as weak as I look/seem either. I know there is sometimes a stigma around female leadership in Discord servers, and I hope to change your mind about that if you have that view. I’m currently our only female staff member and first female to hold a management position at Nexus Development (there’s over 1,000 members, mind you!). That’s a pretty big feat for Nexus. Expanding the diversity of our staff beyond that of just men is an important step of the journey to success! This certainly will not be the first bit of history I leave on the table either, I’ve got some great ideas I want to share to Nexus and the ownership team to improve all sorts of things for as many people as possible.
It is my goal to expand Nexus to be the largest and most popular development studio on the market, which will take a lot of work! Let us achieve greatness together and make history while we do it!
