Hey life didn't turn out as expected due to the economy and I got a new job which working needs doesn't
allow me to get all the time over that's needed to maintain this lovely server.
It's a SMP inspired survival server, where after a voting that turned out 22 vs 3, we changed to Towny as people seemed to want a more fun way of claiming.
They believed GriefPrevention was just boring. Other than that I have also setup a custom leveling system through RankUp and Deluxemenu where the players can earn new permissions based on the level they achieve, levels is achieved by /levelup and meeting the requirements which is money and votes.
We have dungeons, people can gain keys in crates also a good thing would be to add those Dungeon keys to the store, something I just came to think of.
Some other things we have is Battlepass, missions and additional quests in another plugin, custom stockmarket kind of plugin which value is in honey, jobs, playerwarps, playershops, fishing contest on schedule,automatic reward system based on playtime (First 48 hours only), aureliumskills.
We have a twitch partnership with a streamer who plays and streams Thursdays and Fridays that I'll try help and transfer over.

We've signed a twitch partnership who streams on our server twice a week, thursday and friday.
More information about who he is if interested, has 1,300 followers and never lower than 20 viewers.
I'll try and help to transfer over this contact so he continues along side you as the new owner.
Dual Proxy Minehut
Minehut players is a great community with thousands of daily players where they can find servers.
Normally only Minehuts own server plans which gives a delay of 20sec before joining.
I've seperated the main ip from Minehut so players not joining from Minehut don't have the Minehut delay.
A great way to advertise easily and also to gain players even without advertisement!
Custom Texturepack
We have a custom texturepack, put together with some parts from different sides.
Affecting TAB, scoreboard, ESC menu and a few items like crate keys, dungeon keys etc!
It's also been remade to be bedrock friendly in menus and therefor some textured menus was removed from the texturepack.
Other information
All chunks on the server is preloaded through Chunky to make the performance as good as possible.
As random teleports seems to affect the RAM when used by many at the same time.
