I will be completely honest and give you constructive criticism unlike xXBlazeCraftXx. However he is right this is not very detailed, and thus not worth $30. I suggest you add some custom terrain outside and make the walls a little more detailed. Perhaps add a roof.

Starting price should be 1 dollar USD max! No one is probably going to pay 5.00 for that...

You should change up the floor design and use custom trees IMO, would make the build look better and bump it's value.
