1. All sales are final.
2. Buyer pays first.
3. Reselling this is allowed.
4. You must pay 50% down before the project starts. This is non-refundable.
5. We will not work on your FTP client/console unless you pay 100% in advance.
6. By ordering a server, you acknowledge that you already have the money available.
7. If you chargeback/dispute for any reason (win or lose), I will release all files for free online.
8. Once the setup is complete, you are only entitled to minor changes. Minor changes are not new things that were not agreed on beforehand. Attempting to milk anybody for their work will not be tolerated.
9. By purchasing a setup, you agree to have your server IP/build screenshots shown in our portfolio.
10. We have the right to decline service to any potential client.
11. Unless an extended warranty is purchased, you have two weeks from the completion of the setup to report bugs. After that, it is no longer my responsibility.
12. These terms are subject to change at any time.
