Unless you have a trademark before the domain was purchased, there's nothing you can really do. Domains are up for grabs for anyone.


As far as domain value, I see this domain being X - XX, not worth that much given it's .services

nitroservices.com would be worth more, just to give you an idea. (XXX-XXXX)
