What is Nivacraft
Nivacraft is a minecraft survival server looking to hold to the simple and straightforward nature, while of course adding in plugins and ways to spice the game up. The server is being ran and operated by a dedicated team ready to make it something awesome. For more information about the server itself, please contact on of us.

What are we looking for
We are currently looking for 5-7 individuals to expand the team with. The position you will be fulfilling is the Moderator role, assisting with chat moderation, handling rule breakers, and helping players. I personally review all applications and have discussions with applicants before any decision is made to be sure we get the best quality staff possible. I will contact all applicants and sort through applications regularly. It will take between 12-24 hours for you to receive a response.

Currently the main position being recruited is Moderator, however in some rare instances you will be brought on as a Senior Mod if accepted, however this doesn't happen often. I look for staff capable in their field, and that show extraordinary workmanship, dedication, and passion for their position before promotions are earned. Below you can see the requirements, and basic format.

Requirements:

• You must be at-least 13 years old
• You must have a working microphone
• You must have exceptional Grammar
• You must be fluent in English
• You must be able to dedicate ~8 hours a week
• Previous experience is not required, however it will give you a better chance
• You must have Discord

If you do not meet this requirements, you will be denied.

Calling out to (Advertisement) Managers,

As it currently stands, on behalf of NivaCraft's owner, I am looking to get into discussion with EXPERIENCED Advertisement Managers that understand what they're doing, have necessary contacts, and know exactly how to drive advertisement. If you are interested in this position, please message me either on MCM or Discord (Dudd#1012) with your resume, and we can get into discussions.

Do not come to this position if you are inexperienced, not dedicated, or simply looking for a title. I will personally be directing you to the Owner if you meet the standards and expectations for your role. Your dedication will be extremely important.

All Advertisement Managers are welcome to contact me, so long as you have *SOME* experience, or contacts. The possibility of payment & compensation will be discussed per case-to-case basis, AFTER discussion. So do not come to me and immediately throw a number in my face, please. I will not discuss possible compensation with anyone that is not up to par. We cannot guarantee compensation, but exceptional candidates run a much higher chance of receiving it.

I want to clarify, so it is clear. I am *NOT* the owner of NivaCraft, I am the acting Staff Manager. I am doing this on behalf of the Owners, and I will be the one that handles this, until you are forwarded on to the owner.
