Kill me now.I am the owner of a a 32 gigabyte network, hosted by a dedicated box which I pay the monthly bill for. I only recently acquired the box, and subsequently, my network is in a transitional stage. This means switching from having all of our game modes on one server, to branching out into a network. I have very high goals for my network; but, before I discuss my plans for my network, first let me tell you a little bit about myself, one of my co-owners, some other people involved with the network, and my network in general.

o I am 22.
o I recently graduated with my bachelors in business with an emphasis in accounting with honors.
o I am currently pursuing my masters on science of accounting.
o I plan on taking the CPA exam after completing my Master’s program.
o I’ve been a coach at the Elementary, Middle School, and High School levels.
o I used to play college basketball.
o I don’t have a full-time job yet, but I will be able to invest a lot more money in the server after I do find a job.
o I love Minecraft, and I’m skilled in working with people and managing staff members.

o Former college student who took classes in computer and network engineering.
o Very skilled in plugin configurations, and most everything when it comes to working with the backend aspect of Minecraft servers.
o An amazing webpage designer, and currently runs his own website designing business (example of work - http://www.letsgetawebsite.com/).

o One of the main builders on the server is 18 years old. He used to own his own server that was successful. He leads his own build team, and has worked with many various build teams. He helped build Mineplex’s current spawn, and he knows a lot of other talented people who may be able to help in the future.
o There are also some other very talented staff members who are a part of the server. We have a couple of other builders on the server who are on par with the person I mentioned above. We have a several graphic designers who help out, and we have some people who are good with managing players and dealing with other staff members. We also have some devs who are able to help in a more limited role.

Currently, we have 32 gigs, so we will be a bit limited in what we can add at the present. However, my goal is to add game modes that will attract a lot of people quickly. I believe that there should be a mix of game modes; ones that are more familiar to people, and ones that are unique that will appease the player bored of the familiar. I certainly want to use some premium plugins for the game modes that we will have. Right now, the servers I am thinking about starting off with are as follows: Factions/Towny, Creative Plots, Prison, Kit PvP, Minigames (with various games), and a hub server to connect them all. That list is nowhere near set in stone, and I am open to any ideas you may have. If you have a plan for a custom game mode or you have an idea to improve an existing game mode, I’d love to hear it.

The developers will be working on one server each, specializing on it. They will be paid a percentage of the money that their server generates; and because of that, I am looking for developers who know how to set up servers that will make money, and who can add features that will allow us to expand in the future.
I’m looking for highly-skilled developers with a lot of experience, who know what they’re doing, and also know how to add features that will blow the socks off of the players who join the server.
I’m looking for developers who are motivated, and committed to the project, and have a passion for seeing the network succeed.
I’m looking for developers who have ideas that are going to bring people, and keep people on the network, donating, and coming back for more.If you’re already committed to one project, but feel you could spare some extra time to invest in this network, that is fine as long as you can make good progress on things and keep your server updated.

o IGN:
o Age:
o On a scale of 1-10 (With dinnerbone being a 10 gg), how would you rate your skills as a dev?:
o What skills as a dev in specific do you have? (Coding, working with bungee, syncing mysql, etc.)
o How committed to the project will you be? (How many hours a day?)
o What server/game mode are you best at working with, and what type of a server would you like to run?
o Are you currently involved with any other projects?
o How trustworthy are you (can you give any references)?
o Can you refrain from swearing (we do have a no swearing rule, and I think staff members should set an example with this rule)?
o Bio: What makes you unique from other applicants? Do you have anything special to offer that other applicants don’t have? (e.g. youtube connections, friends that can build, or anyone else that has a skill to offer to the network). How do you feel you can help the network grow and succeed?
Thank you to everyone who is reading this, and good luck to all applicants! If you would like any additional information about the network or have any questions for me, don’t hesitate to pm me, and I will give more information there, and/or on Skype.
Agreed. He claims he is "skilled in working with people," but his text says otherwise.Unprofessional, My eyes died. I wanna jump out of my window.
Y e s p l e a s e r e d o i tI didn't change the label of the thread to my knowledge. This is my first post on this message board, but I really can't believe some of the comments I've been reading. I've never been very artistic in the slightest, but I really didn't think the current format of this message would upset so many people. I've made many posts on several different websites, but I've never received a response like this. And yes, everything I said about having skilled people help me is true, but I am looking for some devs to help manage each server. I didn't know that how I had everything formatted would upset people so much, but if it is that bad, I'll redo it.
