Hey there, I'm new to MCM but I've noticed most of the payments go through the Friends and Family option in Paypal, however, I live in dubai and I do not have the friends and family (picture below)

Is there any way I can solve this? Converting to bitcoin won't work either because I still don't have the F&F option to pay, and I will obviously not be trusted due to no rep, I can always cover the fee's, I'm looking to buy an OG once I save up enough, but does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
Edit: I stated I can always cover the fee's, that still won't get me trusted however.
