No Fly in Warzone/Safezone?!?! Or worldguard addon

Title says it all. I want it so they cannot fly in spawn or any worldguard selected region of my choosing. I am using essentials /fly.

There is this plugin that is an addon to WorldGuard. I have no idea if it's updated or not, but hope I helped!
