I would like to consider myself very mature due to going through many difficulties throughout my life. Some things can only be taught through life experience but I believe I have more than enough prerequisites to be very successful at my rank.

Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail):

There are so many reasons why.

Firstly, I want players to experience the same amount of joy that I do on the server. I believe I can help players achieve that.

Secondly, I am trying to obtain certain principles and qualities that people learn from being staff on a server with as many players as CrypticMC. These principles and qualities will help me with what I plan to do as a career.

Thirdly, the whole experience as a staff member with my previous servers has helped me through a lot of hard times in life and I envy how my younger self was able to be so happy with something like this. I crave the feeling of nostalgia because it will help me throughout my difficulties this year if not more.

Lastly, I feel I can bring my knowledge of Minecraft and server administration to the staff team to further everyone's knowledge of the game and being a staff member.

My name is Jake, I am 15 years old, and I live in U.K. I have lived in U.K my whole life and do not plan on leaving this country anytime soon. I plan on being a high level developer / system administrator specializing in cyber security, after I am done with high school but this could change over time. At the moment, I am currently revising for my GSCEs exams which is to be taken on the year of Grade 11 which is in a year. I am overall a very social/outgoing person who always finds the need to make someone smile. This could be through a joke, comment or even me shining a smile at them because there is no harm in that. I find a lot of joy in watching other people's happiness and this motivates me to go out of my way to find theirs. My hobbies consist of playing video games, coding, and sometimes roasting people.

Any previous server bans? (Large servers, like Mineplex, Hypixel, etc.): I have been banned from Hypixel, for a compromised account. (Issue hasn't been fixed yet, as I don't play on larger servers.)

Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I am not currently staff on any servers . I am very use to being staff, and having perms. As I am very good, and fair with power.
