*NO LONGER NEED MANAGER/CO-OWNER* Looking for a Co-Owner or Manager on Minecraft Server

Are you a Minecraft enthusiast looking for a new challenge? I am currently seeking a co-owner or manager for my Minecraft server (Glaive Craft) to help split the workload, get things back on track, and assist with management. I am seeking someone to help make official decisions with and to help keep the server running smoothly. While the server is already up and running, I am wanting to change the current projection of the server and set ourselves apart from the thousands of other servers available.

I am looking for someone who has prior experience managing and/or running a Minecraft server and is technically inclined. Additionally, I am looking for a mature individual, preferably in their mid to late twenties (older is fine as well), who is looking to build a long-term server based on community input and is willing to listen to the community's suggestions on decisions.

I am willing to split any profits made from the server - 25% for the co-owner, 25% for myself (which will most likely be used for server expenses), and 50% for the server itself. Please note that I have not taken any funds from the server yet, as I have been waiting until it becomes profitable enough to do so.
