Hey,

So I'm looking for an animated thread design. Kind of...

So it will be split into sections where the title of the section will be an image then I can type under the descriptions for the different sections.

The top animated banner would be the title, a smokey effect in the background and some text in the bottom right merged with a logo.

The rest of the sections will be some text, a simple background and the smoke effect particles again.

There will only be one top section and approx 5 other sections including a contact section.

Sorry if I've totally butchered explaining this, if you want more info, please let me know.

No budget set however don't want to overpay, but don't want to underpay and it to look bad.
