What he's trying to say is this...: He was the second person to request a vouch copy from this service, but they just messaged him mid way of the setup and told him, they will not complete it as they have enough vouches (a.k.a. 1), I'm not sure why, but couldn't you guys just complete it? Pretty simple eh?
Also, I was the first one to request a vouch copy, when you offered it, but in between it, you guys stated that you are no longer offering vouch services, however, if I want, I'll have to pay in order to get it. WHAT?

Then.... Point of the whole concept of a vouch copy? It's basically a free copy in order to verify your services from a well-known/trusted member.
Default Factions and HCF are basically the same thing with a few concepts changed, which can be covered using a couple more/less plugins. You're defending a service, which you are part of, that's why it's biased. You don't look at the possibilities that may happen, and just defend on the incorrect facts.
I've noticed that, however, making sure a member does not ever go to your services again is not a good thing.
Best is to complete the services that were requested without having any problems.
Your Founder of the service hasn't even replied to me after I asked him about the prices of the build.
Also, Hunter1 Something you need to know:
- The difference between HCF servers and a normal factions server can be easily found through google.
He's asked me what the difference is and I simply told him to go on google if he doesn't know it, which a setup provider should/do if they are unsure of something.
