Hello all, coming once more with a project to sell. Whilst my Ship pack auction ends, I am opening up for the Chateau. The Chateau is a french style of luxury, or castle. Although Chateau was used early to describe a castle, the current Chateau is more of the palace style from the Renaissance and later.
The Chateau features front French styled gardens of a simpler nature, and hosts two side entry foyers to the main Chateau.
When completed, the buyer may ask to have some minor adjustments to suit the needs intended, but anything major will be rendered defunct, and will have it put back for sale should the buyer not like it. This is a ONE TIME SALE. Once a buyer purchases it, they retain the rights to the file/resale, except for the following right held exclusive to me: When posting on the internet, credit must be given either somewhere visible, or just a sign in the map. The current PMC post displaying the build will be kept up, without issue or debate. All other rights pass over.
The Build was built solo by me on the Aminoque BT server. The uses of this Chateau are rather limited from my knowledge, even though the layout feature is symmetrical due to the nature of it being focused on real architecture over a fantasy style. Still useable however.
