No more thrashing threads with sales reps

Ik this is like my 2nd suggestion this week, but fr i cannot stand this. Im sure im not the only one that gets annoyed when sales reps go to literally every single thread that requests something saying:
"HII!! IM A REP FROM ONLY MARKET OR EDGE, I CAN DO THIS FOR U! Simply JOIN OUR DISCORD(to get more members so we look cool), and create a ticket! "

I mean, if ur gonna get a sale and make the customer happy u could start by not thashing his thread and dm him instead? THATS WHY THERES A DM OPTION

therefore, could we make this like, not a thing anymore?

I'd take thread trashing over cold calling, also just state in your post that should a sales rep post, you'll neg rep for trashing.

pretty sure i cant do that anymore since the new rules update? and literally these people go to every single thread posting this stuff and ur limited to only 3rep posts every 24h, instead of being mean and negging why not just stop it?

1) that is their job,
2) thats offensive,
3) service teams will receive 0 commissions without sales reps advertising there service,
4) trashing is when you make bad points along someones post, or pick,
5) most are extremely kind, they will help you get the freelancer you need.

So quit being a smartass, and leave sales reps alone.
They have a job, and if you hate it... Your better off leaving this market.

The sale reps shouldn't reply if the thread specifically states to DM them or if they don't want the sales rep and only the freelancer themselves.
Even then, I don't know if it's viewed as trashing the thread.

My suggestion:
READ THE ACTUAL THREAD BEFORE POSTING!
Sometimes it clearly says:
NOT LOOKING TO JOIN A DISCORD or I DON'T WANT A TEAM TO HELP ME!

And sometimes, the people are not even looking to purchase something but need some help or something!

In my own thread I've stated "I don't want teams doing my I want to have designers directly contact me"
But sales rep showed off, like srsly.
When people do it when you say you don't want sales reps, I give them the = rep or whatever we call it
Half of the thread was with sales rep so I had to get it deleted due to the spam.

If a situation like this happens and a user decides to contact you despite you saying you don't want them to, one option is to leave a reputation against them.

MC-Market does't need 100 rules for every forum category for what users find annoying. If you find it annoying but it's not actually something that's against our rules, you can leave a reputation on them or ask them to not do it in the future.
