NoCheat+ not cancelling Events?

Hey, this is my first post here so I am very sorry if this is not the right subforum to post it under, I am in the making of a HCF server with completed plugins but need a way to detect eventual cheaters without actually preventing them from hacking or cancelling any events.

I read somewhere here that you can just remove word "cancel" in NoCheat+ config and it wouldn't cancel but its still cancelling? Can anyone help out? I am not sure if its a lot of work but if it is I can pay.

or if you have any other plugins that just notifies all players with X permission node ingame with eventual cheats but doesnt affect in-game gameplay

Get someone to modify the source code; for fighting checks it's pretty simple to prevent cancelling of attacks.

I do believe that I've said that. Kind of a sill question, but have you reloaded the configuration?

If you would rather have a configuration that blocks cheats effectively through modified values and accurate notifications, check my signature.

I have reloaded the config and the server multiple times and still no success, yeah the idea is that I DONT want it to block hacks, I just want it to notify staff members

If you just replaced 'cancel' with a space or something, the config may "freak out" a bit because strings are left open with no action.

MarkElf, does your config blocks or prevents hacks like he said. Your NCP configuration is quite famous I saw.
Alphatrooper, if you want a fully functional highly configurable plugin that blocks almost all movement and combat hacks you can use AAC maybe. Have a nice day. ;)

It's not as if NCP can directly undo an action such as the damage dealt through Crits but it could be reduced, which is what I've been focusing on the past few months through optimizing values via hours of testing. I have multiple .gifs of my configuration in action on my resource page, which can be found in my signature.

I thought NCP can cancel the EntityDamageByEntityEvent like other plugins like AntiAura etc? Is it true? I personally don't use NCP.

I do believe asofold, NCP's developer, has gotten to it for Crits specifically, which is why it was sort of a bad example, but asofold is going through combat checks as well as continuing to add 1.9 support currently.

I don't want it to cancel any events at all as I say, just alert staff members online so themselves can go there and watch the hackers.
