I am looking for NoCheatPlus config mainly use for HCF to stop hacks like phase and ghost clients and skid clients. Drop a comment and I'll get to you with prices depend on what the config includes!

I don't actually think NCP accepts 1 message per second, but the general concept is there. Keep in mind that messages disappear after 10 seconds when reconsidering the value you want to use.

The only actual way to improve NCP's performance is through optimizing values, not VLs which handle notifications, of which SurvivalFly, which handles most movement checks is likely the last thing you want to touch as it's well defined by default.

I have a similar setup to reset their VL and kick them for an a message that I will likely change into something more clever that I would rather not share currently, so you did have some common sense there, but also assuming by the command names, why would you have a usless string for resetting it and another for banning? You don't need to reset a player's VL if they are going to be banned, it inefficiently is a bit of unnecessary work for the server it is ran on.

The reset was there for my testing, when I was banned; I'd come back online and almost instantly be banned for flying again as my VL was already crazy high. As for modifying the values, they have been changed a bit but I doubt it'll impact that much. I have a fairly okay knowledge of now to make a good NCP config, but obviously there's going to be people who are much better (you for example). Speaking of unnecessary work it really won't have a (noticeable) impact on the server it's being run on, but technically you make a golden point.

All I'm trying to do is get the word out there, if for what ever reason someone doesn't want to use yours, maybe they'll come to me and buy mine.

As an overall statement, I will most likely remove that part at the end that clears their VL, but I could also put it to good use and possibly kick them for hacking, or possibly something else. I just felt that banning someone was the best option for my setup.

You would increase the second value for your ban action, i.e bantester:1:30 to give you 30 seconds before getting banned again, but I suppose for testing it's actually a well thought out concept, and I'll likely have to use it myself sometime.

Incorporating /ban is one of the trickiest things to do, and I still struggle to reduce the number of false bans as there really isn't an easy way to undo some, not all, of a player's VL if they were lagging due to their ping or server's tps, much harder is it for NCP to detect that a server is lagging. I'm likely going through my ban checks after work tomorrow to redo each of them and I still need to incorporate an addon to check for a player's ping or server's tps before banning, been delaying that for weeks now.

Good luck with your configuring service, I would recommend creating a resource for it when you get the chance, it was kind of forced on me by Ajdin but it's alright I suppose.

Making a resource is a good idea because it allows people to get the product they want right away. ;p

As for the auto-ban features in my config are setup to only auto-ban if you're hacking at the point it's blatant. Until I find a more accurate way of doing it (as you said, ping, lag, etc) then I will lower it. As for this "addon" do you mind sharing with me what it's called? I know I may come across as competition (I hope not) but this will allow both you and me to create a config that will benefit the community for the good.

We had a little disagreement today so we both weren't the most friendly of people towards each other but I can assure you all is good now.

Resources crediting the buyer has been an issue for the longest time in my case, so not really. Resource owners have recently been able to generate licenses for buyers to download their resources so it sort of works out.

I'm yet to determine the plugin I would like to use, I have two in mind, but I may end up having one of my developers make a custom plugin to accomplish it, perhaps add it to NCP's code since it is open sourced.

If you were to add it to NCP's code it'd need to be updated constantly. New updates of NCP come out on the weekly.

Development builds have really slowed down recently, one did come out today but a good porion of the new features seemed to be marked as broken. I may not know much about coding, but I assume it would be something along the lines of just adding a new class and compiling it, which would give me a lot of leverage with what I could do with NCP.

OP, if you use NCP alone, it wont be able to detect advanced clients that uses combat hacks. You need an extra plugin that blocks combat hacks because as far I know NCP cant detect combat hacks well except for ForceField.

Both MoeXIV and I have test servers available. PM Moe for his server, a handful of users have kindly offered their servers as test servers for buyers and those intetested in purchasing it, towards the bottom of my resouce page.

Fully up to you, I do believe Brett's is two versions behind though, the rest should be roughly up to date.
