i installed ncp on my server but anti fly works so bad especially in slabs

You must use the correct version, latest version or NCP works perfectly with latest version of Spigot

There's a piece of the config at the bottom I believe where you can edit blocks, you may also concider this, http://www.mc-market.org/resources/475/, I never used it though

I use spigot 1.8.8 and extend it to 1.8-1.11 with ViaVersions and use latest NCP
