Build looks good. However, $35 non exclusive is way too much! $35 exclusively would be fine.

you're not getting anything above 10 especially for not being exlcusive..... there's a certain builder on here(hint: he commented on this thread) who has at least 3x more detail than you put in and I believe his prices are just as much if not cheaper for your dimensions, none the less it being exclusive. I wish you good luck on selling however!
