Non-Exclusive Builds - Still Profitable?

Hello,

I'm just wondering if it's still possible to make decent money from selling non-exclusive builds or if I should stick to exclusive ones. I'm thinking of possibly investing into a few high quality builds and then selling them as resources here but I notice that there's a ton of builds in the resources already and I'm afraid I'll be 'throwing' my money away - what do you think?

Also, as a follow up - if you think it's still profitable then what builds specifically do you think are in demand?

tbh idts. now the server market is extremely competitive, owners are making sure their builds are of highest quality and unique.

That's true but I sometimes wonder how those non-exclusive stores have stickies on for months.

It's not as profitable as 1 year. That's for sure.
I'd honestly stick with Exclusive, since its a much more reliable income.
