I need a server that is factions that are either 1.7/1.8 or just 1.8, I will 100% buy a 1.7/1.8 server if you can

Features I am looking for:
- GKits (Custom Enchants included)
- Envoys
- Crate System
- FTop
- Factions plugin
- Scoreboard
- Donator Ranks
- Spawn
- A Koth isn't needed but will be very much appreciated.
- Voting Setup
- Everything is already claimed
- GUI Shop isn't needed, a regular /warp shop is okay
- Permissions are done
- GenBuckets (Vertical & Horizontal pls)
- 2x2x2-6x6x6 picks (not needed)

I think your budget is a little too low, as custom terrain cost can easily cost $25+, along with KoTH being $10, and ShopGUI being $10 (I think). Envoy is free, just don't really prefer it with Factions.
