Requirements:
- Must have minimum 64GB memory
- Must not be OVH affiliated (incl. SYS)
- Must be NA based
- 500GB+ storage preferred
- Must not exceed $75/m, $70/m ideal

I don't think this exists. You can find this for 100, but not 75 (unless you use sys).

I'll be using RS, they have exactly what I'm looking for at only $77/m w/ 5 IPs.
