Non-Spawner Default world.

I'm looking for someone that can either explain how to make a default vanilla world without natural mob spawners or is willing to make me one for a price.

Make a single player vanilla world. Open %appdata% take that world in saves and rename to the world and put in your server

Let me Elaborate , I am looking for a world that will NOT have mob spawners in it.

yeah, Im tagging him so he can check this out. When it comes to generating worlds with specific settings, he's specialized. He also offers EWG generation, but you probably don't care about that

Yeah, I just looking to control ore rate and remove natural mob spawners and still have the vanilla world.

Thats exactly the sort of thing he also offers though.
eg, you could do it yourself easy enough, as Aek suggests, but if you really want someone to do it for you, Fire's the guy to go to.
