hey guys i have seen some server having their server ip the same as their website domaine

how do u do that ? (this may be some nooby)

I told you what you need to do.

Buy a domain, use it as your website.

If I were you, ask your hosting company if they offer website service so both are on the same network.

You're not understanding I don't think. Some people buy dedicated servers so they can't just "ask their hosting company" they have to set it up themselves (Ex. OVH)

To do this your website and MC server need to be on the same server and IP.

Otherwise use a SRV record to point to the IP and port of your MC server.
