I'm just the manager for all advertisement, we have a few experienced system administrators in our discord, you can surely talk to them.
If you want to win customers more easily I suggest putting it in the thread directly before someone has to manually join a Discord server, figure out who does what, then PM the person or make a ticket and wait for a reply. It makes deciding whether to spend time with this service team a lot easier if you know what I mean
