and dont say "legal trouble" bcause you can just change your TOS and make the people that post the thread responsible

every single full access normal account that someone is selling is stolen. That is fact because no logical person would buy minecraft for 30 dollars and sell a full access for 5. this doesnt need to be added as they arent secure most of the time and they are worthless.

ALSO, if anyone suggests it will get lawsuits then how isnt btctalk sued , or mcsell , mcmart and allot more are not sued for years now, minecraft is winning when some kids account gets taken they will buy another one so mojang DOESNT CARE

It's not gonna happen. Just deal with it.
You weren't there when accounts were free to sell under any circumstances, but let's just say that the word "cancer" sums it up nicely.
Right now we have 1 scam resolver and 1 page of scam reports on average, if not less.
In that time, we had 2 scam resolvers (possibly even 3 at one point), and averaged 3 pages of scam reports, of which 90% were about minecraft accounts.

Its against the rules to say the name of a competitor forum.

1. The majority of the high rep community don't want it.
2. They are cracked accounts, so if / when they stop working, there will be yet more scam reports for M6 to deal with.
3. If we allow stolen accounts to be sold, does that mean we should allow stolen builds, and plugins? No. Where do you draw the line, between okay stolen and not okay stolen.
4. Its been suggested so many times before, each thread with far more disagrees than agrees. Suggesting the community doesn't want it.

4 Reasons why it shouldn't be added, that have nothing to do with mojang or legalities.

This has been suggested many times and denied. It's not going to be implemented ever.

We'd rather not have people selling tons of accounts that will get taken back in a week, resulting in a scam report being opened. Plus I've seen some low quality MCM knockoffs that have this, it's just filled with threads titled things like "CancerALTS - ONLY $1 BUY NOW IN STOCK"
