I'm the Staff Manager of a soon-to-be multiplatform network, which includes Minecraft Factions, called Norton Networks. Our network prides itself on making a promisingly unique experience. Months and months of work, thousands of dollars, over a dozen custom plugins coded by a few people, and we're happy to be saying we plan on releasing sometime in the upcoming weeks. We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic and mature staff members.


Who are we?
We're a small group of friends who are from the UK and the US. A few months ago, the Owners started this idea and grew it into something, that from my perspective, has immense potential. The time spent coding and the work put into this is nothing but impressive. We want people who are as motivated as we are in creating this. That said, here are a few requirements to fit this role:

Requirements:

• Must be at least 14.
• Must have past experience on Factions & Staffing.
• Must know how to respond appropriately to every situation.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Must be mature.
• Must use proper grammar consistently.
• Must be online daily.
• Must know how to screenshare.
• Must be able to record and upload videos.

What will you be doing?

• Making sure players act appropriately.
• Muting/Banning players who are breaking rules.
• Helping players with any questions they have.
