Not Able To Download Purchased Resource

Hey, I bought some resources today from the site and normally never any issuses but today I mot able to download. I click download tab and after around 3 min wait the download box shows up but its for part of the download size then ill click again another box shows with 10% more of the download this can carry on till i get to within a 1 mb of the full size and then stops

this has to be one of the most annoying things iv seen its been around 12hrs now and im still not able to download items iv bought

Hello!

If you download isn’t working with a purchased resource I’d recommend contacting the OP of that resource and receiving the product directly, this can be done either via discord or by messaging them here on mc-market.

I suggest waiting around 1 - 2 days as some people are busy and might not be able to check mcm.

however here are some things you can try while you wait:
  • Trying to download it through a different browser.
  • Try downloading it though a different computer or WiFi connection.
If all of these don’t work, I would suggest waiting for the OP to respond.

This has been an issue before with downloads; not downloading and downloading slow but it wasn't the buyer's fault.
Unless more people/complaints come foreword, this might just be an issue on the OPs side.
I did take this into consideration as I’ve had downloads not work either, that’s why I suggested trying a different computer or WiFi connection :)

Possibly use a VPN. I think their CDN randomly blocks IPs, mine was blocked for absolutely no reason on random. I can still access the forum, but downloading resources doesn't work. Either reset your modem or use a vpn
Don't think people without supreme can access the site with a VPN, might be wrong though.

This issue has been fixed for a little while now, I just hadn't gotten around to moving it to the archives. We apologise for the inconvenience that the issues with our resource injector had for authors and buyers and are working towards ensuring that issues like this do not occur in the future. The issues we were facing weren't simple to fix and it required a massive amount of work from our team to get everything fully operational again.

We're moving to XenForo 2 in the next few months and when we do we'll be pushing out more optimisations and improvements to the systems, making resources download faster and with complete accuracy.

If anyone else is still facing an issue with a resource download not working please contact the resource author. Authors, if you're experiencing an influx in support requests from your buyers please create a ticket and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.

I'll move this to the bug report archives now, thank you for your patience.
