Not able to update a Transaction Dispute with New Information

This bug seems to occur when the Transaction Dispute is under review. Have not tested on whether it happens when the dispute is accepted.

Uploading an image/a file results in:

Even when making a new message, upon hitting submit it says error, lack of permissions but it does merge the post into the thread. The image does not properly submit though.

I get that message when using reply button, normal message works fine.
